DEAR SIR / MADAM I WAS AT MY LAWYER YESTERDAY . THIS IS JUST TO UPDATE YOU ON THE PRESENT SITUATION. THIS IS WHAT HE TOLD ME THE DELAY PROCESS OF THE HOUSE IS 2 TO 3 MONTHS . IF I WANT TO BUY THE HOUSE WITH MONEY THAT I HAVENT GOT BECAUSE I AM A PENSIONER. THE PRICE OF THE HOUSE IS R560.000 THE STEPCHILDREN WILL GET R420.000 I GET 140.000 WHICH MEANS I CANT EVEN BUY A HOUSE OF MY OWN. THE CHILDRENS NAMES ARE. JEANIE KAREN , DANIEL , TOMMY , SUZETTE , AIDEN AND THEY WANT TO GIVE ME ALL THE OLD FURNITURE IN THE HOUSE AND KEEP THE NEW ONES WITH THEIR ADVOCATE QUENTIN NAID00.
