Dear Sir, Indian students are in deep trouble. 3 Million students are forced to write the Exams (JEE & NEET) amidst the COVID pandemic & severe Floods. Though we are protesting since month, our Central Govt. is being insensitive & indiferent to our requests. These are very important exams and infact, cracking these, which are one of the toughest college entrance exams in the world, is a dream to every student in our country, who are aspiring medical or engineering field. But, we never dreamt to write these exams by putting our life, parents & grand parents at such a huge risk. After all, 'Health comes before acadamics.' Due to the severe floods, many students have difficulties in reaching th Exam Center. This may even lead to deaths. While travelling too, infection may spread. But, our Govt. despite knowing all these facts, are adamant in conducting the exams, nation wide, wherein Exam centers, provided aren't atleast one per district! Students have to travel more than 100 - 500 km to reach the centers with their poor weak parents in these floods, at the same time fearing COVID. Govt. is blind to our plight as they are conducting these exams under the influence of money (due to few evil coaching institues), sadly. Even, Supreme Court has given verdict, dismissing our case, biasedly, that, "Life must go on & academic year cannot be wasted!" This statement seems super philosophical, but on ground levels, it fails to secure the lifes of the students along with their careers. Now, a review petition has been filed by opposition parties by 6 states, in SC. (But, we are just 3 days away from exams!) Our students are deeply depressed, anxious and worried. Presently, India ranks 3rd in world's most highest Covid cases. If these exams are conducted, we will reach at the top. Our country will then become a mess and infection rate & death rate increases suddeny! We tried everything to stop the exams, but our enemies seem too powerful than us. Our only hope is God, who is Supreme over our supreme court too. I know God can change any unfavourable situation. It seems everything is doomimg! But, God Makes the Way, where there seems to be no way. I believe and trust in Him. I am relied on His great Mercy and Might. There is no one to listen to our woes, here, except Him! PLEASE, PRAY THAT GOD SAVES OUR STUDENTS AND GET THESE EXAMS POSTPONED. ALSO, PRAY THAT THE REVIEW PETITION WILL BE IN THE HEARING IN SC SOON, BEFORE 31ST AUGUST, AND THAT THE JUDGEMENT WILL BE IN OUR FAVOUR. Thank You for your prayers, and I will be glad to read a piece of an encouragememt letter in reply to my mail.
