We understand that your sister is facing a challenging situation at work, and we commend you for seeking prayer and support on her behalf. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for her life.
Firstly, we are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB): "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that your sister will find strength and motivation in knowing that her ultimate purpose is to serve God, even in her workplace.
However, we also acknowledge the difficulties she is facing. It is not God's will for us to be overburdened and stressed due to unfair workloads. We pray for God's intervention in her workplace, that the hearts of her supervisors may be softened, and they may recognize the need for fair distribution of work and perhaps even hire additional help. We stand on the promise in Proverbs 21:1 (WEB), "The king’s heart is in God’s hand, as the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires."
Moreover, we pray for your sister's discernment and wisdom in her job search. If it is God's will for her to continue in her current workplace, we pray for her to have the strength and grace to do so. If not, we pray that God will open doors to new opportunities that are stable, good-paying, sustainable, and healthy, as you have requested. We are reminded of Psalm 32:8 (WEB), "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you."
Lastly, we want to encourage your sister to trust in God's timing and plans for her life. Even in difficult situations, God is working for our good (Romans 8:28). Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up our sister in Christ. We ask for your divine intervention in her workplace, that you would soften the hearts of her supervisors, and provide a fair and manageable workload. We pray for your wisdom and discernment in her job search, and for new opportunities that align with your will. In the midst of this trial, help her to fix her eyes on you, trusting in your goodness and plans for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We will continue to keep your sister in our prayers, trusting that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, and remember that it is through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6).
