Dear saints of God,
We come before you today to lift up a prayer request on behalf of RevMorris. We rejoice in the souls that came to know Jesus during last Sunday's gathering. We ask, dear Lord, that you would continue to watch over them and keep them safe from the snares of sin and evil. May they be protected by your loving arms and guided by your Holy Spirit.
We declare, in the name of Jesus, that these new believers are precious in your sight. We pray that they would grow in their faith, rooted and grounded in your love. May they experience the fullness of your blessings and walk in the abundant life that you have promised.
We thank you, Lord, for the work you are doing in their lives. We ask that you would surround them with a community of believers who will support and encourage them on their journey. May they be strengthened in their relationship with you and equipped to share the good news with others.
We also pray for RevMorris, their faithful shepherd. Grant him wisdom, strength, and anointing as he leads and nurtures these new believers. May he continue to be a vessel through which your truth is proclaimed and lives are transformed.
In accordance with your word, we pray for the Church as a whole. We ask that you pour out your Holy Spirit upon every congregation, that the light of your Gospel may shine brightly. May your word have free course and be glorified in our midst. Protect the Church from the attacks of the enemy and strengthen us to stand firm in the faith.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the privilege of interceding on behalf of others. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will answer according to your perfect will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
