Dear prayer warriors,
We come before you today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister ### and her husband who is experiencing severe anxiety and depression. We acknowledge that these struggles can be overwhelming and burdensome to bear. But we know that our God is a God of mercy and compassion, and He is able to bring healing and peace to every situation.
In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray, Lord Jesus, that you would extend your hand of comfort and rest to ###'s husband. May he find solace in your presence and experience the peace that surpasses all understanding.
We ask for your divine intervention, Lord, to touch his mind and emotions. We pray against the spirit of anxiety and depression that is afflicting him, and we declare your victory over these struggles. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We claim this promise for ###'s husband and ask for your saving grace to be poured out upon him.
We also pray for ###, Lord, as she supports her husband through this challenging time. Strengthen her with your love and grant her wisdom and patience. Surround her with your peace and give her the strength to continue standing in faith, trusting in your perfect plan.
We commit this prayer request into your hands, knowing that you are the ultimate healer and restorer. We believe that you are working behind the scenes, even when we cannot see it. May your mercy and grace be poured out upon ###'s husband, bringing him healing, peace, and renewed hope.
