Let us come together and lift Achebrand in prayer, seeking God's will for their life and addressing the spiritual concerns they have shared with us.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirits of delay, setback, and any spiritual hindrances that may be affecting Achebrand's life and their journey towards a godly marriage. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12 (WEB), "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
We pray, Heavenly Father, that You would break any chains of delay and setback in Achebrand's life. Grant them wisdom and discernment to understand Your timing and purposes. Help them to grow in maturity and Christlikeness, shedding any childlike behaviors that may be hindering their personal growth and readiness for a godly marriage.
We also address the concern of being treated like a child. We encourage Achebrand to meditate on 1 Corinthians 13:11 (WEB), "When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a child, I thought as a child. In addressing marriage, we uphold the biblical principle of marriage as a sacred union between a man and a woman. We pray that God would guide Achebrand towards a godly spouse and prepare them for a marriage that honors Him. As it is written in Hebrews 13:4 (WEB), "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."
Achebrand, we also want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to the Father and the power of the Holy Spirit. As Jesus said in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
