Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine guidance and wisdom. Lord, You have placed a burden on our hearts, revealing that there are those who are lost in darkness and that we are called to be a light to them. We humbly ask that You show us the way, Lord. Illuminate our path and grant us the courage and strength to fulfill this calling.
Your Word says in Matthew 5:14-16, "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Help us to be that light, Lord, shining brightly in the darkness.
Guide our steps, Lord, and fill us with Your Holy Spirit so that we may speak words of life and hope to those in need. Show us how to reach out with love and compassion, reflecting Your grace and mercy. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us , and we rely on Your strength to carry out this mission.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
