Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of trust and faith, lifting up Johnny Salazar as he seeks a new job opportunity. Lord, Your Word says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that Johnny places his trust in You and acknowledges You in this journey.

Father, we ask that You open the right doors for Johnny and grant him favor in the eyes of those interviewing him for the supervisor position on Monday. Your Word reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). May this job be a part of the hopeful and prosperous future You have planned for him.

Lord, we also pray for a work environment where Johnny is respected, valued, and not overworked. As it is written, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands" (Psalm 90:17). May Johnny find joy and fulfillment in this new role, knowing that his labor is established and blessed by You.

In Your Word, it is written, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope" (Jeremiah 29:11). We hold onto this promise as Johnny prepares for his interview for the position of supervisor on Monday.

Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for Johnny. Your Word says, "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established" (Proverbs 16:3). We commit Johnny’s efforts and aspirations to You, trusting that You will establish his path.

We pray for a work environment where Johnny is respected and valued. As it is written, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!" (Psalm 90:17). May Johnny’s work be blessed and may he be recognized for his contributions.

Lord, we also ask that Johnny not be overworked but find balance and peace. "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We pray that Johnny finds a role where he can thrive without undue stress.

May Johnny find joy and fulfillment in his new role, echoing the words of Psalm 37:4: "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart."
