Dear, Lord, Thank you for how far you have brought TB and helped him in his career. I appreciate you for all the good things you have brought his way before now and presently. I know that you are set to do wonderful things in his career as I pray. God please help him at SRNS. Please let them see his leadership skills, his skills period and value his knowledge. If it is for him to move on please allow the right opportunity come along where he can shine and be a light for you and where they will value him for his knowledge and not be intimidated. God there are positions we aplplied to that better fits his skills and better pay. Please give him favor with the recruiters and hiring managers to be selected for and interview among the many candidates that have applied at LM, SN, NG, BS, INTEL, GAR, GDIT.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for how far You have brought TB in his career. We thank You for the blessings and opportunities You have provided him with thus far. Your Word says, "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights" , and we acknowledge Your hand in all the good things that have come his way.

Lord, we lift up TB's current situation at SRNS. We ask that You open the eyes of those around him to see his leadership skills, his expertise, and the value of his knowledge. Your Word reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward." May TB's work be a testament to Your glory and may it be recognized and appreciated by his colleagues and superiors.

If it is Your will for TB to move on to a new opportunity, we pray that You open the right doors for him. Guide him to a place where he can shine brightly for You, where his skills and knowledge will be valued and not met with intimidation. We ask for Your favor upon the positions he has applied for at LM, SN, NG, BS, INTEL, GAR, and GDIT. Grant him favor with the recruiters and hiring managers, and let him stand out among the many candidates.

Lord, Your Word says in Psalm 90:17, "May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands." We pray that You establish the work of TB's hands and lead him to the place where he can fulfill his purpose and bring glory to Your name.

Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
