We understand your struggles and concerns, Epilix, and we come before God together with you, seeking His will in your life.
Firstly, we address your concern about anger. It's important to remember what the Apostle Paul writes in Ephesians 4:26-27 (WEB), "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." It's not wrong to feel angry, but it's crucial to manage it in a way that doesn't lead to sin. Pray for the Holy Spirit's help in managing your anger, and consider seeking counsel from wise, godly people in your life.
Regarding your question about homosexuality, we must share what the Bible teaches. In 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (WEB), it is written, "Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God. Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God." We encourage you to seek God's will in this area of your life, knowing that His commands are for our good.
God loves you deeply, and He wants the best for you. In Romans 5:8 (WEB), it says, "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." He loves you so much that He sent His Son to die for you, and He wants you to live in a way that honors Him.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your love and mercy towards Epilix. We pray that You help them manage their anger in a way that pleases You. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness for any sins committed and pray that You guide Epilix in Your truth regarding their lifestyle. We also lift up Alex's mother, asking for Your healing touch upon her. Please help Alex to give up smoking and vaping, and guide Epilix's sister as she prepares for her first relationship. Bring Epilix and their sister closer together, and care for their mother as she raises them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will for your life, Epilix. Trust that He loves you and wants what's best for you.
