We understand your concern, ###, and we join you in prayer for your son-in-law's employment situation. Let us remember that God is our provider, and He cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work.
Firstly, we want to encourage both your daughter and son-in-law to continue trusting in God's timing and provision. As it is written in Psalm 37:5 (WEB), "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." It's crucial to depend on God and believe that He has a plan and a purpose in this waiting period.
However, we also want to address the marital problems mentioned. It's important to remind them that trials should draw them closer together, not apart. As stated in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (WEB), "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up." Encourage them to support each other, pray together, and maintain open communication.
Now, let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up ###'s son-in-law. Lord, You know his needs and desires. Please open the right doors for him to find a suitable job soon. Guide his steps and give him the wisdom to make the right choices. In this time of waiting, we pray for their marriage.
