We understand your concern and we join you in prayer, ###. It's important to trust in God's timing and plan for our lives, as Psalm 37:5 tells us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you to lift up ###'s husband. We ask that you would open the doors to the right job for him, according to your will. Please grant him patience in this waiting period, and give him the wisdom to discern your will. We trust that you have a plan and a purpose for this season. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In the meantime, we encourage both of you to continue seeking God and His will. Remember, Romans 8:28 assures us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Keep your faith strong and remember that God is always working behind the scenes. Trust in His plan and His timing. Be encouraged by Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
