Dear Lord, please help me. I'm in trouble; nothing seems to be alright. I'm always in this lust and sloth, and I'm having a lot of memory loss. I can't barely remember anything; my memories are fading away, and I always get sleep paralysis.

Heavenly Father, in Jesus' Name, we pray for ###, asking You to bring comfort and peace to their heart. We ask that You would give them strength to overcome the temptations of lust and sloth, and that You would restore their memory and help them to remember the things that are important.
