We join with you, Ogbaend, in lifting up your daughter to our heavenly Father. It's beautiful to see your trust in Him, even as your daughter ventures out on her own for the first time. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God will watch over her.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:14 (WEB), "Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish." God cares deeply for your daughter, and we can trust that He will be with her, even as she enjoys her holiday.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord,
We come before You, lifting up Ogbaend's daughter to You. Thank You, Lord, that You are not a God who is far off, but a Father who is near to His children. We ask that You would watch over her as she travels, that You would keep her safe and protect her from all harm. Surround her with Your Holy Spirit, guiding her steps and filling her with Your peace.
We pray that this holiday would be a blessed time for her, that she would find rest, joy, and good health. May she meet good companions along the way, and may her experiences draw her ever closer to You.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who loves and cares for us all. Amen.
Rejoice in the knowledge that God hears your prayers, Ogbaend. Continue to trust Him, and encourage your daughter to do the same. May this holiday be a time of blessing for her, and for your whole family.
