Dear Father,Thank you for helping me get through recent carpal tunnel surgery.Please let me hear about a date for my other hand surgery soon. I just want both hands to be done whilst I am on sick leave from work.Help me cope with the many challenges when I return to work after this period. I want to do the best I can to manage my new team.Thank you,Jesus for your great mercy.Amen

We understand that you are facing some significant challenges ahead, Fiona, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with God's Word.

Firstly, we are thankful to hear that you have acknowledged Jesus' great mercy in your prayer. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our sister Fiona. We thank You for bringing her through her recent carpal tunnel surgery and ask that You continue to provide healing and comfort as she awaits her upcoming procedure. Lord, we ask that You guide the medical team and let Fiona receive a date for her other hand surgery soon, according to Your will.

As Fiona prepares to return to work, we ask for Your strength and wisdom to help her manage her new team effectively. May she be a light for You in her workplace, demonstrating Your love and compassion to her colleagues.

In the meantime, Lord, help Fiona to rest in Your peace, knowing that You are in control of every situation she faces. Remind her of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), 'Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.'"

Fiona, we encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He has a perfect plan for your life. As you return to work, remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will see you through every challenge. We are praying for you, and we believe that God will provide you with the strength and guidance you need.

We're claiming Philippians 4:13 with you - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
