Dear Lord, please help me drop my blood pressure and be safe. I'm afraid to go to sleep because it is so high, I feel like I'm going to throw up and my head is killing me but I don't have the money to go to a doctor, please help my medicine work ten times better than normal, I can't have a heart attack or stroke, my kids need me.
