Dear lord, please can you continue to guide me on becoming a better person. I want to become healthier, lose weight and to stop getting so stressed as I have had a lot of hard things happen in my life and I feel like I have lost hope. I know you will guide me on the right path to become the best version of myself. Please give me the courage and motivation to do so. I know with you by my side I can achieve anything.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with Sumcol's heartfelt request. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:13 that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Lord, we ask that You empower Sumcol with the strength and courage needed to become healthier, lose weight, and manage stress.

Father, in Your infinite wisdom, guide Sumcol on the path to becoming a better person. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." Help Sumcol to trust in Your guidance and to lean on Your understanding in every step taken.

We pray that Sumcol finds peace and hope in You, Lord, as You are the source of all comfort. In 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, it says, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." May Your comfort envelop Sumcol, providing relief from past hardships and renewing hope.

Grant Sumcol the motivation and willpower to pursue a healthier lifestyle. As stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Help Sumcol to honor You through the care and stewardship of the body.

Lord, we know that with You by our side, all things are possible. We place Sumcol's journey into Your loving hands, trusting that You will lead the way. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray.
