Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request for their dear friend ###. Lord, we join together in faith, asking for a miracle of healing in ###'s life. We know that you are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for you.

Lord, we thank you for the friendship and guidance that ### has provided to ###, being a shining light in their journey of faith.
