Dear Lord,
Please align me with your will and guide me in all things. Bless my work and staff and please be in the work we do. Help us to grow as a team, be creative, safe, and successful. Remove the obstacles in our way and change the Hearts and minds of those with ill thoughts towards me or our program. Help me to be a good leader and build cooperation. Forgive my doubts, ease my anxiety, and open my eyes to see the good and not overlook what needs adjusting. Thank you for delivering me. Please bless and protect my family and hear those praying in your name here.
