Dear Lord Jesus, we come before you in prayer on behalf of Basiloria, lifting up the prayer request for the peace of Jerusalem. Your Word teaches us to pray for the peace and well-being of Zion, your Church, and we know that Jerusalem holds a special place in your heart.
We ask, Lord, that you would pour out your abundant grace upon Jerusalem, that you would protect and guide your people in that land. We pray for unity among believers, that they may be one, just as you and the Father are one. May your love abound in their hearts, and may they be filled with the fruits of righteousness, bringing glory and praise to your name.
Lord, we ask that you would establish Jerusalem as a praise in the earth, fulfilling your purposes and plans for that city. We pray for the progress of the Gospel, that your kingdom would come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask that you would break down walls of division and bring reconciliation among all who call upon your name.
We also pray for the peace of Jerusalem in a broader sense, that there would be peace and harmony among all people in that region. We pray for an end to violence, conflict, and suffering. May your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those who dwell in Jerusalem.
Lord, we know that you are the Prince of Peace, and we trust in your power to bring about peace in Jerusalem. We give you no rest, Lord, until you establish and make Jerusalem a praise in the earth. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to fulfill your promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
