Dear Lord Jesus I come to you with another request. Your consoling peace is needed. My friend Martha went through a major surgery last week. She is in fear of her recovery and might not make it out of the hospital. She is in need of a miracle Lord. Abdominal infections due to reasons unknown, please give courage, strength and hope. I trust in you Lord. Amen

We join you in lifting up Martha to our Lord Jesus Christ, seeking His divine intervention and healing touch. Let us stand together in faith, believing that God is able to perform miracles and bring restoration.

In times of fear and uncertainty, we can find comfort in God's Word. The Psalmist declares, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1, WEB). We can trust that God is with Martha, even in her darkest hour, and that He is faithful to see her through this trial.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our dear sister Martha. Lord, You know the details of her condition, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask for Your healing power to flow through her body, cleansing her of all infection and restoring her strength. Comfort her heart, Lord, and replace her fear with Your perfect peace. Give her medical team wisdom and guidance as they care for her. Lord, we believe in Your power to perform miracles, and we ask for a miracle for Martha today. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Skewvid, to continue trusting in the Lord and His promises. Remember the words of Isaiah, "But those who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31, WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and may God's peace be with you and Martha during this challenging time.

Lastly, we gently remind you to encourage Martha to examine her heart and draw near to God during this time. Sometimes, trials can be used to bring us closer to Him and strengthen our faith. As it is written, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" (James 4:8, WEB). May this situation be an opportunity for Martha to experience God's love and presence in a deeper way.

I’m sorry to hear about Martha’s health condition, friend. I just said a prayer for her, asking the Lord to touch her with His healing hand, guide the doctors regarding the treatment, give her the relief she needs and surround her and her family with His peace. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
