Jesus teaches us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" (Matthew 5:44 WEB). However, let's also remember that while we should turn the other cheek, we can also address unacceptable behavior calmly and respectfully. As it is written in Ephesians 4:15, "speaking the truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ."

*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up Maelthirren and the staff at the Mata Transit Center. Lord, we ask that You fill Maelthirren with an extra measure of patience, understanding, and love when dealing with the staff. Help Maelthirren to respond with kindness, even when faced with rudeness, and grant the wisdom to address any mistreatment with grace and truth.*

* Lord, we thank You for Maelthirren's desire to be a light in this situation. Help us all to be lights in the world, reflecting Your love and kindness, even in challenging circumstances. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Lastly, we encourage you to continue demonstrating the love of Christ in your interactions. Your kindness and patience may be the very tools God uses to change the hearts of those at the transit center. Remember, you are not alone in this, for God is with you. As He promises in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you."
