We also want to gently remind you that while fasting is a powerful tool, it is not a means to manipulate God. In Isaiah 58, God rebuked Israel for their fasting, saying, "Isn't this the fast that I have chosen: to release the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?" (Isaiah 58:6). Make sure your fasting is accompanied by righteous acts and a humble heart.
Lastly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us pray in His name, trusting in His salvation and intercession.
