Dear Lord, bless me with wisdom to navigate a toxic head of department who loves to put me down in public. Help me prove to her that I can do very well in teaching my students to excel. Bless my students with exceptional results so that she will just leave me alone. All I want is to be treated with dignity and respect. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine wisdom and guidance for our dear brother or sister who is facing challenges with a toxic head of department. Lord, grant them the wisdom to navigate these difficult interactions with grace and patience. As Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."

Father, we ask that You bless their efforts in teaching, allowing their students to excel and achieve exceptional results. May their success be a testament to their dedication and hard work, and may it bring glory to Your name. As it is written in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Lord, we also pray for a change of heart in the head of department, that they may see the value and dignity in our brother or sister's work. Help them to treat others with the respect and kindness that You command us to show. In Matthew 7:12, You teach us, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you."

We trust in Your power to bring peace and resolution to this situation. May Your presence be felt in every classroom and meeting, and may Your love and justice prevail.
