Heavenly Father,
We come before You with gratitude and humility, lifting up this individual who has been on a challenging journey of unemployment for nearly nine months. We thank You, Lord, for keeping them safe and providing for them during this difficult time. Today, as they face a job interview, we ask for Your divine favor and guidance.
Lord, we pray that You grant them confidence and clarity during the interview. In **James 1:5**, it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We ask for Your wisdom to be upon them, helping them to answer questions effectively and showcase their skills and abilities.
Father, we trust in Your promise in **Jeremiah 29:11**, which says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We believe that this job opportunity is part of Your plan for their prosperity and hope. We pray that they are offered this job, enabling them to support their family and meet their needs.
Lord, we also acknowledge that You have been shaping and strengthening them through this period of hardship. As it is written in **Romans 5:3-4**, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." We thank You for the perseverance and character that has been developed in them, and we ask that You take them to new heights in their career and life.
We place this job interview and their future in Your loving hands, trusting in Your perfect will. We ask for Your peace to fill their heart, knowing that You are in control and that Your plans are always for their good.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
