We are with you, Skewvid, in lifting up your friend Martha in prayer. We stand on the promise of God's word in James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine healing touch upon Martha. You are the Great Physician, and there is no illness that is beyond Your power to heal. We ask that You strengthen her body, comfort her spirit, and give wisdom and skill to her doctors and nurses. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity and claim healing and wholeness for Martha. Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for Martha, as the effective, heartfelt prayer of a righteous person can accomplish much (James 5:16, WEB). Also, remember to declare God's promises over her life, like those found in Isaiah 53:5 (WEB), "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:13-14, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and may God's peace be with you both.
