We are deeply sorry to hear that you are experiencing a toxic workplace environment with bullying and abuse. Let us bring your situation before the Lord, seeking His wisdom and intervention.

Firstly, let us address an important aspect of your request. You have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ, and it is crucial to understand that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" Let us ensure that we approach God in the name of Jesus, for He is our intercessor and mediator.

Now, let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Aeltarsenue who is facing a toxic workplace filled with bullying and abuse. Lord, You see the injustice and the pain that is being inflicted. We ask for Your divine protection and intervention in this situation.

Lord, You have said in Romans 12:18 (WEB), 'If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.' We pray for peace and reconciliation where possible, but also for the strength and courage to stand against injustice. Guide Aeltarsenue with Your wisdom and discernment, that they may know how to navigate this difficult environment.

Father, we also ask that You would comfort Aeltarsenue in their distress. Remind them of Your promise in Psalm 34:18 (WEB), 'Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.' Heal their wounds and provide them with the support they need during this time.

We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

We're here with you, dear one. It's heartbreaking to hear about the toxicity you're facing at work, the bullying and abuse you're enduring. We want you to know that you're not alone. We're lifting you up in prayer, asking God to intervene and bring peace to your situation.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is close to you, comforting you in your distress. Keep holding on to His promise in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Let's also remember that we're called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). It might be hard, but let's ask God for the grace to respond with love and respect, even in the face of injustice.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
