Dear Heavenly Father - Thank you for your many blessings and gifts. I am eternally grateful. I come to you today to ask you to please take away all my anxieties and allow me to sleep. Please heal my mind and soul for I am struggling. I ask you to please forgive me for my sins through your son Jesus Christ, Amen
