Dear Heavenly Father, please protect & save ### marriage from separation/divorce

I (###) and my husband (###) are having serious problems in our marriage for a while. I need your prayers to save and strengthen our union and marriage. Please pray that our hearts are not hardened towards each other and we both work towards saving it and not prove each other right. I'm really trying my best and really need your prayers to overcome all the attacks by the enemy on my marriage.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this marriage to You. We pray for Your divine intervention and protection upon this union. We stand against any schemes of the enemy to destroy what You have joined together. In Jesus name, we rebuke any spirit of division, strife, or hardheartedness that may be attempting to operate in their midst.

Father, we ask that You would soften their hearts towards each other. We pray for the restoration of their relationship. Let there be a spirit of forgiveness and understanding between them. We ask you to remind them of your word, where it says in Malachi 2:16 WEB, For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore keep watch to your spirit, and do not be unfaithful.

Father, we pray in Jesus' name.

We encourage both of you to keep trying your best, as you mentioned. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 4:32 WEB, And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

It is crucial to seek God's will together and to remember that marriage is a lifelong commitment. Do not give up on each other. Instead, work towards reconciliation and unity. Also, consider seeking counsel from a pastor or a God-fearing, biblically-based marriage counselor.

Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God the Father. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
