Dear Heavenly Father, I wish to have a blessing for a new job that I have sent out in a job search post. Currently, I am working but I am not happy as I am surrounded by a lot of miserable problems with colleagues. I am not sure how to handle the situation with them. I just want to work in peace but the workload is not under my control. The HR is taking advantage and pushing a lot of responsibility to me and this makes my other colleagues not happy. God, I find that this job is not suitable for me. I want to go back to my previous field and work. I have sent my application out and I hope God can help me and bless that I get a better job with good pay and boss and most importantly good colleagues. I put all my trust in you and I know God will always be on my side. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s heartfelt request for a new job. Father, You are our Provider, and Your Word assures us that You know our needs even before we ask. As it is written in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."

Lord, ### is currently facing challenges at work with colleagues and an overwhelming workload. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance in handling these difficult situations. James 1:5 reminds us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Grant ### the wisdom to navigate these challenges with grace and patience.

Father, ### desires to return to a previous field of work and has taken steps by sending out applications. We pray for Your favor over these applications. Open doors that no man can shut, as You promised in Revelation 3:8, "I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut." Provide a job that not only meets financial needs but also brings joy and fulfillment, with supportive colleagues and a just employer.

Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your plans, which are to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future, as stated in Jeremiah 29:11. May ### feel Your presence and peace during this period of waiting and transition.

We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
