Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of ###, who seeks Your guidance and blessings in the pursuit of a new job. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We trust in Your perfect plan for ###, knowing that You have a path laid out that will lead to peace and fulfillment.
Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for ###, guiding the job application to the right place where a fulfilling and supportive work environment awaits. Grant wisdom and discernment in this search, and provide the strength needed to endure the current challenging situation at work. Give peace and patience, as it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
We pray for favor with potential employers, that ### may find a job that aligns with the skills and passions given by You. Bless this individual with good colleagues and a supportive boss, as it is said in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established."
Lord, we also ask for Your guidance in dealing with the current workplace issues. Grant wisdom in interactions with colleagues and the HR department, and provide the strength to handle responsibilities with grace and integrity. Help ### to be a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and patience.
We trust in Your provision and timing, Lord. May Your will be done in this situation, and may ### find peace and fulfillment in the new job that You have prepared. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your constant presence in our lives.
