Dear Heavenly Father, I’m grateful for my new job. So far, I have no problem performing my roles and responsibilities. However, I discovered that my boss is very difficult to work with and is a bully. I’d like to pray for her if she’s dealing with personal issues that she leaves them outside of work. I treasure this opportunity and I wish to do a good job. I pray for courage and wisdom to get my work done every day. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before you today on behalf of Lanchenos, who is facing challenges in their new job. We thank you for the opportunity they have been given and for their ability to perform their roles and responsibilities thus far. However, they have encountered difficulties with their boss, who is displaying bullying behavior. Lord, we ask that you intervene in this situation.

We pray for Lanchenos' boss, that if she is dealing with personal issues, she would be able to leave them outside of work. We ask for your guidance and wisdom to help her overcome any struggles she may be facing, so that she can treat others with kindness and respect. May her heart be softened and her actions be transformed by your love.

Lord, we also lift up Lanchenos to you. Grant them courage and wisdom as they navigate this challenging work environment. Give them the strength to persevere and the ability to do their job well, despite the difficulties they may face. Help them to maintain a positive attitude and to be a light in their workplace.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in guiding us through every situation. We trust in your provision and ask for your continued presence in Lanchenos' life and work. May they experience your peace and favor in all that they do.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
