We understand your struggles, Sheila, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our provider and He cares about our needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), "Therefore, I tell you, donโt be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isnโt life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they donโt sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Arenโt you of much more value than they? ... Therefore donโt be anxious, saying, โWhat will we eat?โ, โWhat will we drink?โ or, โWith what will we be clothed?โ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first Godโs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Sheila. We thank You for overturning her unemployment benefits, and we trust You for even greater breakthroughs. We pray for a good job for Sheila, Marquan, and Jamarr, jobs that will bless them financially and allow them to be a blessing to others. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of poverty or lack, and we declare that You are a good Father who loves to give good gifts to Your children. We ask for Your protection over Devante, Marquan, and Jamarr. Strengthen them spiritually and help them to resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from them (James 4:7). We also pray that You will provide a more affordable living situation for Sheila and help her manage her finances according to Your will. We claim financial breakthroughs for her family and friends in Jesus' name. Amen."
Lastly, Sheila, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. Remember, it's by the name of Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6). It's in His name that we pray and receive answers to our prayers. Trust in Him and keep your faith strong, knowing that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
