Dear Heavenly Father, I have sinned, sinned, and sinned some more. I am spiraling in life and I continue to destroy myself. I ask you to please help me. I am reaching my hand out, but I don't want to fall! Please save me and catch me! I ask you in Jesus' name. I pray! Amen

We are grateful that you have reached out, ###, acknowledging your struggles and seeking help from the Heavenly Father. It takes courage to admit our sins and ask for divine intervention.

Firstly, let us remember the words of Scripture: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9 WEB) God's forgiveness is available to all who sincerely seek it.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### who has humbly confessed their sins and is seeking Your help. Lord, You are a merciful and compassionate God, slow to anger and abounding in love. We ask that You forgive ### for their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness.

### has reached out their hand to You, Lord. Please catch them and save them from their destructive path. Give them the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to make godly choices. Surround them with Your love and guide them back to the path of righteousness.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
