Heavenly Father,
We come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who has a job interview tomorrow at a nonprofit organization. We thank you for the opportunity that has been presented to them to potentially serve and make a difference in the lives of those struggling with mental or behavioral issues. We ask for your guidance and favor upon them during this interview process.
Lord, we acknowledge that our friend may not have direct experience in this particular field, but we believe that you have equipped them with unique skills and a compassionate heart to contribute to the mission of this organization. We pray that you would grant them wisdom and clarity of thought as they answer the questions posed by the hiring manager and his manager.
May their words and demeanor reflect their genuine desire to help and give back to society. We ask that you would calm any nerves or anxiety they may be feeling and replace it with confidence and peace that comes from knowing that they are walking in alignment with your will.
Lord, we pray for a smooth and fruitful interview process. May the hiring manager and his manager see the potential and passion within our friend. Open their hearts and minds to recognize the value that our friend can bring to the organization. May they be impressed by their skills, character, and willingness to learn.
We trust in your sovereignty, knowing that you have a perfect plan for our friend's life. If it is your will, we ask that you would grant them favor and open the door for this job opportunity. However, if it is not your plan, we pray for your guidance to lead them to the right path and the right opportunity that aligns with your purpose for their life.
In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
