Please grant me the strength to overcome feelings of anxiety, depression, or any overwhelming thoughts that may cloud my mind. Surround me with Your love and peace, and help me to remember that I am not alone in this struggle. I ask for clarity and insight to understand my emotions, and the wisdom to seek the support I need.
