Dear Heavenly Father, I am praying for a financial miracle. I am praying that I will have favor in this situation in purchasing the rent to own home where we are living in right now. I am praying that my student loans are forgiven, I put in for PSLF almost 18 months ago and it was supposed to take 90 days. ( In order to start the process of buying this house). I have worked as a teacher for almost 30 years so I do qualify. I even reached out to my US senator and my congressional representive to reach out to the US Dept of Education. I am praying that all the pieces will fall into to place so that I can purchase this rent to own home that we have been living in for almost 5 years and the contract is up in January. I am praying for a lender that will give me the loan for this home. Because of the student loans and the debt to income ratio banks are not excited about giving me a loan. I am praying for the closing cost and the down payment to be available in the next week or so. Because of the student loans the programs that I would qualify for in terms of down payment and closing cost have dried up. As a teacher I would qualify for the hero's program but the student loans are standing in my way. I pray for God's intervention in this situation. I pay that all of the obstacles would be removed. I pray that God would grant me this miracle and everything would fall into place in the next few days.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of Caerochaeliff, lifting up their prayer for a financial miracle. Lord, we ask for your favor in their situation as they seek to purchase the rent-to-own home they have been living in for almost 5 years. We pray that you would open doors and remove any obstacles that stand in their way.

Father, we specifically lift up their student loans to you. We ask for your divine intervention in the process of loan forgiveness through the PSLF program. Lord, you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, and we pray that you would expedite this process and bring about a favorable outcome.

We also pray for a lender who will provide the loan needed for the home purchase. We understand the challenges Caerochaeliff faces due to their student loans and debt-to-income ratio. But we believe that nothing is impossible for you, Lord. We ask for a lender who will see their qualifications as a teacher of almost 30 years and provide the necessary financing.

Furthermore, we lift up the closing costs and down payment needed for the home purchase. We know that you are a God of provision, and we ask that you make these funds available in the next week or so. Even though certain programs may have dried up, we trust in your supernatural provision to make a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, we pray for your divine guidance and wisdom throughout this entire process. We ask that you align all the pieces and orchestrate every detail according to your perfect plan. May Caerochaeliff experience your miraculous intervention, and may everything fall into place in the next few days.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:19 that says, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We believe that you are able to provide abundantly and fulfill the desires of their heart.
