Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before Your throne today, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, ###'s heart is heavy with pain and confusion, having tried to help a dear friend who is struggling with mental health issues. This friend has been hurtful and surrounded by negative influences, making the situation even more challenging. ### is a giving person, always ready to help, but now seeks Your guidance and wisdom on what to do next.
Father, Your Word says in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." We ask that You grant ### the wisdom and discernment needed to navigate this difficult situation. Show the path that aligns with Your will, and provide the strength and patience required to continue being a support to this friend.
Lord, we also pray for the friend who is struggling with mental health issues. We ask for Your healing touch upon this friend's mind and heart. In 1 Peter 5:7, You remind us to "cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you." May ###'s friend find peace and comfort in Your love and care, and be freed from the negative influences that surround them.
Heavenly Father, we ask for Your peace to fill ###'s heart, as promised in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May this peace guide ### through this trying time and provide reassurance that You are in control.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing. In Jesus' name, we pray.
