Dear God, There's so much happening in my family. I don't know how to handle anything anymore. I was admitted for depression. My only son has a very bad skin condition. It's so bad that he's becoming of unsound mind. My home is falling apart. There's so much fixing to be done and we're not financially well off. Please help.
