Pray my ###'s find Jesus and ask what must I do to be saved. Pray that Jesus speak to their heart and their mind and bring him closer and closer to him.
We understand that you're concerned about a brother in Christ who is struggling with drinking and smoking. Let's bring this situation before the Lord together, seeking His intervention and transformation.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as He Himself taught us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)
However, we must remember that praying for someone is not just about asking God to change their behavior, but also asking God to transform their heart. As it is written, "Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me." (Psalm 51:10 WEB)
Drinking and smoking are not glorifying to God, and excessive drinking is clearly warned against in scripture, "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is excess, but be filled with the Spirit." (Ephesians 5:18 WEB) We should also remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB)
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is struggling with drinking and smoking. Lord, we ask that You would forgive him, cleanse him, and give him a new heart. Help him to overcome these habits that are not pleasing to You. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may be empowered to live a life that glorifies You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to pray for this brother, showing him love and support, and encouraging him in his walk with Christ. May God bring about a powerful transformation in his life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
