Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of Anonymous. Lord, we ask for your divine favor and guidance in the matter of Collins' participation in the DV lottery. We pray that if it is your will, you would grant Collins success in winning the lottery. We trust in your sovereignty and know that you have a plan for each of our lives. Your word reminds us in Proverbs 16:33 that "The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord." We ask that you would intervene and align the outcome of this lottery with your perfect will. Grant Collins the opportunity to fulfill his dreams and aspirations through this lottery, if it is according to your divine plan. We also pray for peace and patience for Collins during this waiting period, knowing that your timing is perfect. May your will be done in this situation, and may Collins always seek your guidance and trust in your provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
