Dear God, please make my manager stop being so angry and picking on me for no reason. She makes a lot of mistakes and is blaming me. It’s really terrible. I feel that she she jealous of me because I learned my job quickly and people like being around me. I’m really not a threat to her but she is very insecure. It’s no fun working for someone who is happy to set me up for failure. I like my job and the company I work for. I’m praying for her as I don’t think she likes herself or anyone. She making herself and others miserable. God please help open her eyes and her heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing difficulties with their manager. Lord, you know the situation and the pain they are experiencing. We ask that you intervene and bring peace and understanding into this workplace.

Your Word reminds us in Matthew 5:44 to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. We pray for our friend's manager, that you would soften her heart and help her overcome her insecurities. May she find peace within herself and learn to appreciate the talents and abilities of others.

Lord, we ask for wisdom and guidance for our friend as they navigate this challenging situation. Grant them the strength to remain focused on their work and to respond with grace and kindness, even in the face of unfair treatment. Help them to continue to excel in their job and be a positive influence on those around them.

We also pray for the overall atmosphere in the workplace. May your presence bring unity, understanding, and respect among all employees. We pray for a transformation in the heart of the manager, that she may become a source of encouragement and support rather than causing distress.

Lord, we trust in your power to bring about change and healing. We believe that nothing is impossible for you. We thank you in advance for the resolution of this situation and for the restoration of peace and harmony in the workplace.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
