Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Lord, we lift up ### and the precious son who is in need of Your divine intervention. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your infinite wisdom and boundless mercy.
Father, we ask for Your hand to be upon the surgeons and medical staff as they perform the spine operation. Grant them skill, precision, and clarity of mind. We pray that the operation will be successful and that all procedures will go smoothly, without complications. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds," we trust that You will bring healing and restoration.
Lord, we ask that You relieve the pressure on the nerves in this young man's spine. We pray for the restoration of his ability to walk without discomfort and weakness. We know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
Father, we also pray for peace and comfort for ### and the family during this time. May they feel Your presence and trust in Your sovereign plan. Help them to lean not on their own understanding, but in all their ways acknowledge You, knowing that You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We place our trust in Your hands, knowing that You are good and that Your mercy endures forever.
