Help me to cope with what I feel and attach myself to, help me to deal with these emotions which sometimes feel so uncontrollable. I pray Father that you watch over my home and ensure that peace and understanding prevail. Help me to be at peace with myself oh Lord. I pray these things in Jesus's precious name, Amen.
