Dear God, please help me cure my suicidal thoughts. I have been suicidal my whole life.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with deep and overwhelming thoughts of despair. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. We ask that You surround them with Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we pray that You break the chains of these suicidal thoughts and fill their heart with hope and purpose. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made and that You have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their mind and spirit. Bring people into their life who can offer support, encouragement, and love. May Your Holy Spirit comfort them and guide them towards the light of Your truth and grace.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
