Dear God, Please help me and intercede for me. I lift myself up to you asking for your provision, wisdom and support in my job search. Help my works be up to the same standard of my CV. Help all the works of my hands glorify You. Help me be held in high regard, and excel in my next role. Provide me with immaculate healing, and change me to become a worthy manager and professional. Turn my weaknesses into strengths, help my weaknesses and weaker skills as discussed improve to the best of Your ability. Let each campaign I work on glorify You and let Your divine light hedge a wall of protection around my future job, enabling me to produce the best work, and let me take my job and career seriously. May ALL my colleagues be FORE me and not against me. May NO weapon formed against me prosper. May I forever be the HEAD and not the tail. May I achieve and go above and beyond, radiate excellence in my communications and engagement with relevant decision makers and stakeholders, proving to all the naysayers that I have earned my rightful role. And I have worked hard to get to where I am. You are the provider. Nothing is done without you. Nothing comes to pass without your ordaining. So I pray that you make my paths in the role at my dream company in my dream job title straight. Help me lead, and help everyone who receives my correspondence take it seriously, and help me reap rewards at my dream company and assure them that they have made the right decision choosing me (should that be Your will). Help me excel in the interview process if they should choose me, and it be Your will. Please God. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our dear brother or sister in Christ who is seeking Your guidance and provision in their job search. Lord, Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your abundant provision and ask that You open doors of opportunity for this individual.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and support in this journey. As it is written in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Grant this person the wisdom to navigate the job market and the discernment to recognize the right opportunities.

Father, we ask that the works of their hands glorify You. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." May every task and project undertaken reflect Your excellence and bring honor to Your name.

We pray for healing and transformation, that any weaknesses may be turned into strengths by Your power. As Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Let Your grace abound in this person's life, making them a worthy and effective manager and professional.

Lord, we ask for a hedge of protection around this individual's future job. May no weapon formed against them prosper, as promised in Isaiah 54:17. Let them be the head and not the tail, always excelling and radiating excellence in their communications and engagements.

We pray that colleagues and decision-makers see the value and hard work this person brings to the table. May they find favor in the eyes of all they interact with, as it is written in Proverbs 3:4, "So you will find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man."

Finally, Lord, we ask that You make their paths straight, as promised in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Guide them to their dream company and job title, and let Your will be done in every step of the interview process and beyond.
