Dear God.

Please heal me physically, spiritually, emotionally, psychologically and mentally. Thank you. Please send the Holy Spirit to be with me with everything I do, think about, feel, say and react to. Father God, thank you for letting me know you and thank you for loving me.

I haven't been the best in my prayers and haven't been whole heartedly devoted to worshipping and trusting you. Father, I'm sorry. Please forgive me and please bless and love me. I really NEED YOU.

Please bless me with good health and if possible, you know what I hope for but I know YOU know what is good for me. Please bless me with peace, joy and hope!!! In Jesus' precious name I pray, amen.
