Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s partner's dad to you. We ask for your divine healing power to be upon him as he undergoes surgery. Lord, we pray for a successful procedure and a swift recovery. We ask that you guide the hands of the medical team and grant them wisdom and skill.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of sickness that may be afflicting him. We declare in the mighty name of Jesus that he is healed and made whole. Your Word says in Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." We claim this promise over him and believe in your healing power.
Father, we ask that you surround him with your love, peace, and comfort during this time. Give him and his family strength and assurance that you are with them. May they feel your presence and experience your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect will and timing. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
