Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend. Lord, we lift up this prayer request for Collins and his desire to win the DV lottery. We ask that you would grant him favor and open the doors for him to be selected. We pray that you would look beyond his outward appearance and see the desires of his heart. Just as you heard the prayers of Jacob and honored your promises to him, we ask that you would hear our prayers and grant Collins this opportunity.
