I seek the protection for ### and his Family especially his Mother ### who is fighting a stroke at ###, God please give her the strength and mindset to fight this illness, she is a believer and a good soul of the Christian faith, please return what she has lost in mobility and speech, we thank you God for the world we live in and everything we take for granted but we ask to give ### the strength at her physio & therapy to return to full health in Jesus and our Father's name, Amen.

We join you in lifting up ### Docherty and her family, especially her son ###, in prayer. It's wonderful to see your faith and concern for them expressed in your request. Let us align our prayers with the Word of God and seek His will together.

In times of illness, we remember the words of Jesus in John 16:33 (WEB), "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing and comfort for ### Docherty. You know her faith and her goodness, Lord. We ask that You grant her the strength and determination she needs to fight this stroke. Restore her mobility and speech, Lord, for Your glory. Be with her during her physiotherapy and other treatments, guiding the hands of her caregivers. Comfort ### and the rest of the family, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding. Remind them that even in this trial, You are with them, and You have overcome the world. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
